About NourishDAO — Built by a Data-Obsessed Bad Sleeper

For most of my adult life, I thought waking up tired was just “who I was.”

I’d tried everything the internet suggested — melatonin, blackout curtains, cutting caffeine after noon. Some of it helped a little. None of it actually fixed anything. I was still waking up at 3AM, still dragging through afternoons, still performing at maybe 70% of what I knew I was capable of.

Everything changed when I started tracking.

The moment I saw my actual sleep data — my HRV crashing every night I had a late dinner, my deep sleep dropping to under 30 minutes when my bedroom hit 68°F instead of 65°F — I stopped guessing and started experimenting.
